Charlie Hobey is a real estate investment and operations executive with experience leading asset management, operational strategy, and portfolio execution across large-scale office and industrial investments. At Palisade Group, he focuses on operational oversight, business plan execution, and long-term value creation across the firm’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Palisade Group, Charlie served as Executive Vice President – Asset Management and Operations at EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he oversaw asset management and operational initiatives across a national office portfolio. During his tenure, he led teams responsible for portfolio operations, leasing strategy, capital projects, tenant experience, and asset repositioning initiatives.
Previously, Charlie held multiple senior leadership roles at Equity Office Properties Trust, including Senior Vice President – Operations and Vice President – Corporate Strategy. Across more than 15 years with the organization, he helped lead operational strategy, portfolio management initiatives, and business execution across major commercial real estate markets.
Earlier in his career, Charlie worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and began his professional career as an engineer at Dow. His background combines operational leadership, analytical rigor, and strategic planning experience across both corporate and real estate environments.
Charlie holds an MBA in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
