David Moore is a real estate investment and asset management executive with experience leading large-scale office investments, redevelopment initiatives, leasing strategies, and portfolio operations across major U.S. markets. At Palisade Group, he focuses on asset management, investment execution, and long-term value creation across the firm’s office and industrial portfolio.
Prior to joining Palisade Group, David served as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Director at EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he oversaw asset management, leasing, redevelopment, and operational strategy across a commercial office portfolio totaling more than 11 million square feet. He led cross-functional teams responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing, construction management, property operations, marketing, and dispositions.
During his tenure at EQ Office, David played a leadership role in multiple high-profile redevelopment and repositioning projects, including the $1 billion repositioning of Willis Tower in Chicago. He also oversaw more than 3 million square feet of dispositions and over 5 million square feet of leasing activity across the portfolio.
Previously, David spent more than eight years at Hines, where he sourced and executed investment and development opportunities across multiple commercial real estate asset classes throughout the Midwest United States. His development experience included over $2.2 billion in total project capitalization, including ground-up office development, residential development, and large-scale mixed-use projects. He collaborated closely with design, construction, leasing, accounting, and property management teams to execute business plans and investment strategies.
David holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
