Katrina Jones is a commercial real estate operations and property management executive with decades of experience overseeing institutional office portfolios, tenant operations, and asset performance initiatives across major U.S. markets. At Palisade Group, she focuses on property management, operational oversight, and tenant experience across the firm’s office and industrial portfolio.
Prior to joining Palisade Group, Katrina served as General Manager at EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company, where she oversaw property operations across more than 5 million rentable square feet throughout the Southwestern United States. During her tenure, she led operational strategy, tenant coordination, and property management initiatives across large-scale office assets.
Previously, Katrina held senior property management roles at Trammell Crow Company and Heitman, where she built extensive experience in office operations, tenant services, and institutional property management.
Katrina studied Political Science and Business at the University of Detroit Mercy and Political Science at Kalamazoo College.
