Ryan Dunlap

Ryan Dunlap is a real estate investment executive specializing in industrial acquisitions, logistics assets, and portfolio growth strategies across major U.S. and international markets. At Palisade Group, he focuses on industrial acquisitions, development, and asset management initiatives across the firm’s investment platform.

Prior to joining Palisade Group, Ryan served as Managing Director within the Global Real Estate Logistics Platform at Fortress Investment Group, where he co-led the creation and expansion of an in-fill urban logistics platform from inception into a fully functioning global portfolio. During his tenure, he helped oversee acquisitions and portfolio growth across approximately 100 industrial assets spanning the United States and Europe.

Previously, Ryan served as Senior Vice President at CenterPoint Properties, where he led investment strategy and capital deployment initiatives across the Western United States. He was responsible for managing acquisition programs with annual allocations ranging from approximately $700 million to over $1 billion.

Ryan also spent nearly a decade at Black Creek Group (now Ares Management), where he focused on industrial acquisitions, investment underwriting, and transaction execution across multiple industrial investment vehicles.

Ryan holds both an MBA in Real Estate and an MRED from the University of Southern California, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
