Spencer Rose

Spencer Rose is a real estate investment executive with experience overseeing acquisitions, investment strategy, portfolio management, and capital execution across office and industrial assets throughout the United States. At Palisade Group, he focuses on sourcing and executing investment opportunities, portfolio strategy, and long-term value creation across the firm’s real estate platform.

Prior to joining Palisade Group, Spencer served as Managing Director at EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he led acquisitions, investment strategy, and portfolio execution initiatives across major U.S. markets. During his tenure, he oversaw more than 20 million square feet of office assets and played a leadership role in transactions totaling more than $7.5 billion.

Previously, Spencer worked at Parker Properties, where he focused on land acquisitions and development opportunities for office and medical projects throughout Southern California.

Spencer holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, with a minor in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, and an MBA/MRED from the University of Southern California.
